  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of OTM architecture, modules, workflows, and configuration.
  • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and database management.
  • Experience in designing and customizing screen sets, automation agents, and data queries within OTM.
  • Proficient in OTM Web Services (REST/SOAP) and integration with third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with middleware tools such as Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for OTM integrations.
  • Sound knowledge of transportation management processes and supply chain concepts.
  • Exposure to OTM Cloud implementations and migration projects is an added advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
  • 7+ years of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) experience
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in mid to large projects across various industry segments
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Experience with XML, XSL, and BI Publisher
  • Strong functional system configuration skills across core OTM modules
  • Experience in shipment planning and execution
  • Experience in freight settlement
  • Experience in sourcing
  • Experience in fleet management
  • Experience in B2B integrations using EDI and APIs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong team-building and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams and delegate effectively
  • Experience in both development and support projects
  • Project management skills
  • Solution design and system architecture knowledge
  • 3PL industry experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of other Order Management and/or Transportation Management Systems (advantageous)
  • Educational background in Computer Science (preferred)
  • Act as the primary lead for the customer onboarding workstream
  • Facilitate collaboration across workstreams
  • Ensure standards adherence across customer onboarding projects
  • Perform EM activities for offshore resources
  • Liaise with Project Managers in nearshore locations
  • Own industrialization of knowledge transition activities
  • Mentor junior resources to upgrade skills
  • Delegate tasks and resolve conflicts and bottlenecks
  • Monitor change requests and manage scheduling and implementation
