Job Title: .NET Technical Lead

Required Technical Skills

  • 7+ years of extensive experience in .NET development.
  • At least 3 years in team leadership or people management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MVC 5, .NET Core, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices.
  • Good understanding of Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps processes.
  • Awareness of application security and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Sitecore, Umbraco, React, or is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of complex .NET applications.
  • Define architecture strategies focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews and implement best practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Manage project timelines, mentor team members, and promote continuous learning and new technology adoption.
