Telesales Executive — Furnishio (Hyderabad)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / inside sales (furniture or retail preferred)

Salary Range: ₹16,000–₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert furniture inquiries into sales.

* Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM tools.

* Follow up on leads from social media, WhatsApp, and online ads.

* Communicate product details, pricing, delivery timelines, and offers clearly.

* Coordinate with showroom staff for appointments and walk-ins.

* Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth order flow.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in home furniture, appliances, or D2C retail.

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

* Confident on phone and WhatsApp; ability to build rapport quickly.

* Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

* Goal-driven attitude and willingness to learn about products in detail.
