We are looking for a talented and experienced Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team – Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Job Title: Sr. UI/UX Designer

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who can translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design, have a strong visual portfolio, and be capable of leading design initiatives across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off to development.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital platforms.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness and accessibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design systems such as Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines.
