Job Title: Team Manager – Telecalling

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience Required: 5+ years

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Team Manager, Telecalling to lead and manage a large inbound calling team handling over 1000+ calls per day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, improving efficiency, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and maintaining smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the telecalling team

Monitor and manage floor activities to ensure discipline and productivity.

Create, review, and implement call scripts to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Conduct regular training and performance coaching sessions for telecallers.

Perform data analysis on call volumes, team performance, and conversion metrics to identify improvement areas.

Work closely with the CRM system to manage leads, follow-ups, and call logs efficiently.

Drive process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and KPIs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and call handling protocols.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in telecalling / customer service / call center management.

Proven experience in handling high-volume inbound/outbound call operations.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large teams.

Excellent communication skills in Kannada (mandatory) and proficiency in English and Hindi.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools, call tracking software, and Excel-based reporting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and motivational skills.

Ability to design and deliver training modules for new and existing team members.

Ability to work under pressure and manage large-scale operations efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in customer support or BPO environment will be an added advantage.

Exposure to performance management systems and process automation tools.
