Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
  • Conduct new employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Support in designing and executing employee engagement activities to boost workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee grievance handling.
  • Coordinate with business heads and team leads for manpower planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and engagement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/portals.
