Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The role involves actively engaging in sales activities, managing customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training to customers or team members, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The individual will also assist in optimizing marketing efforts to reach organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales and Sales Management experience to drive revenue growth and oversee account relationships.
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for team members or customers.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a resourceful, results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus.
