Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities with a focus on technical

hard services

  • Oversight of swimming pools, water quality management, and pool operators
  • Vendor management including Housekeeping (HK), Janitors, MST (Multi-skilled

Technicians), and other outsourced partners

  • Manage ongoing and new project launches, including site readiness, technical

requirements, and stakeholder coordination

  • Track and manage OPEX budgets, ensure cost optimization, and efficient utilization of

resources

  • Provide technical guidance and support to regional facility teams (Bangalore, Delhi,

Hyderabad) and manage the AM - Regional FM SPOCs

  • Handle PO/PR validation and ensure compliance with procurement processes
  • Ensure smooth functioning of BAU (Business As Usual) operations and manage the

ODIN ticketing system

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance, and quality benchmarks
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive facility-related solutions and

process improvements

Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of FM software tools such as ODIN, Oracle Ticketing, or other

relevant CMMS tools

  • Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, pool water systems, and

multi-utility facility management

Preferred candidate profile

Technically sound with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude, ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
