Role Description

𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire delegates for upcoming conferences and business events.
• Connect with delegates over calls to explain event details, themes, and participation benefits.
• Send official invitations
  to potential delegates and manage confirmation follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to achieve delegate acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and professional networks within industry communities.
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales and participation goals through effective communication and persuasion.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• CTC: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA (based on experience)
