Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced AEM Content Author to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing high-quality content on our digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager. This role requires strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of AEM, Adobe Target, Sling, and OSGi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and manage content on AEM platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Develop and maintain content strategies and standards
  • Optimize content for user experience and search engines
  • Troubleshoot content-related issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Implement personalization strategies using Adobe Target
  • Develop and manage AEM components, templates, and workflows
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate AEM with other systems

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, including Sling and OSGi
  • Experience with Adobe Target for personalization and A/B testing
  • Understanding of AEM workflows, components, and templates
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and client-side technologies
  • Experience with AEM debugging and troubleshooting

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AEM Cloud
  • Knowledge of Java and AEM development
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools
