Job Description
Extensive experience of process definition and implementation covering various life cycles - Development / Maintenance / Transformation / Improvement / InnovationPerform service contract, SOW, scope statement reviews to gather service, quality, risk and compliance management requirementBuilding Process awareness in Engagement - Provide necessary process training , walkthrough of the processes and templates , assisting in Tools SetupPerform periodic audits covering process, quality assurance, compliance, metrics and risk reviews aligned with customer's expectationsIdentify and facilitate improvement initiatives with quantified benefits r e.g. Incident reduction , FMEA effectiveness , Six Sigma Initiatives, Early Alerts etcMonthly reviews and reporting of performance, findings, recommendations, alerts and inferential analysis to the managementEnsure readiness of the account project for internal and external auditshorough understanding of delivery life cycle and frameworks like Waterfall, Agile, ITIL, Agile  Service Management Secondary Skills
Experience in defining ITIL processesShould have executed end to end consulting assignment which includes Service Design, Gap analysis, Process Definition, implementation road map and auditingKnowledge on Application and infrastructure Maintenance lifecycle and TransitionExperience in working directly with clientsExcellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skillsClear understanding of various IT industry best Standards, frameworks and models ISO 9001, ISO 20000 , CMMi, Agile , Lean & Six Sigma , ITIL, ASM , DevOps, SAFeParticipate / Conduct focus reviews and deep dive reviews of critical projectsKnowledge sharing and guidance to team member
