Profile expectations
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resource
- Work Experience: 1 – 4 years in Human Resource preferably from Healthcare industry
- Skills: Should have excellent Communication Skills, Tech Skills, Presentation Skills
- Should have inclination towards bulk hiring, statutory compliances and HR Operations
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling the recruitment process
- Responsible for Offer Negotiation, Induction, Joining Formalities & Separation Formalities
- Responsible for HR Statutory compliances
- Responsible for Leave Management, Attendance Management, Payroll
- Responsible for Grievance Handling
- Maintaining and sharing reports on Recruitment, Attrition, MIS
- Supporting the management on decision making vis-à-vis HR aspects
- Responsible for planning, implementing and driving strategic HR initiatives
- Implementing and following the Performance Appraisal process and methods.
- Administration works including support to travel arrangements.
