About the Role

We are seeking a
Full Stack Developer
who can take ownership of building and maintaining complete web applications — from crafting intuitive user interfaces to designing robust backend systems. You will be responsible for managing the entire application lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

The role requires someone who is passionate about writing clean, scalable, and efficient code, enjoys problem-solving, and can collaborate effectively across teams. If you are excited about working with

This is an
onsite role (Work from Office)
in
Bengaluru
. For the first few months,
work-from-home will not be available
, as we believe in strong team collaboration during onboarding and initial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
  • Build responsive, dynamic UIs using
    React, Redux, TypeScript, Tailwind, SCSS, HTML5, and CSS3
    .
  • Develop and maintain backend logic and APIs using
    PHP and MySQL
    .
  • Ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end.
  • Optimize applications for
    performance, scalability, and security
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications as needed.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of hands-on experience
    as a
    Full Stack Developer
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript
    .
  • Solid knowledge of
    HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and Tailwind CSS
    for building responsive UIs.
  • Proficiency in
    PHP and MySQL
    for backend development.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and database design.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    jQuery
    or other JavaScript libraries.
  • Understanding of deployment on
    Windows/Linux servers

  • Knowledge of Agile development practices.
