Role & responsibilities :

  • Receiving of material as per predefined SOP.
  • Rejection dispatch to supplier as per purchase team confirmation.
  • Issuance against reservation slip as per predefined SOP.
  • Issue RGP/NRGP as per requirements.
  • Stock transfer to other units as per approval.
  • PR raising as per stock in hand and purchase planning.
  • Material unloading and shifting in main storage area.
  • Monitoring and controlling material aging, dead stock, expired material.
  • Daily report to the relevant stakeholders (GRN Done, GRN pending, Critical stock etc.).
  • Looking after Packaging, Additive & Culture stores in terms of min/max stock, PR raising based on purchase planning, shortage identification and procurement processing,
  • Consumption posting against reservation placed by production department, daily report to concern stakeholders and following WMS practice.
  • Implementation of 5S, Kaizen.
  • Stock audit (internal & external) and variance reconciliation.

Qualification: Graduate

Years Of Experience:2-5 Years

Preferred industry: Dairy/FMCG
