Job Title: UI Full Stack Developer (React + NodeJS)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5-8 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UI Full Stack Developer (React + NodeJS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in developing scalable applications, working in Agile/Scrum environments, and delivering high-quality, secure code.

Candidates with 8+ years of experience will be considered for Senior/Lead positions, where leadership and secure coding practices are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver robust solutions.
  • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
  • Debug, optimize performance, and ensure smooth functionality of applications.

  • For Senior/Lead Roles (8+ years):

  • Lead a small team of developers.

  • Review code and enforce secure coding standards (OWASP or equivalent).
  • Guide juniors and ensure Agile best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • ReactJS: Minimum 3 years hands-on experience.
  • NodeJS: Minimum 2 years hands-on experience.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience in Agile / Sprint-based environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (for Lead roles 8+ years):

  • Secure coding practices with OWASP or equivalent frameworks.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience in Agile teams.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an added advantage.
