We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges as needed
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide general administrative support (e.g., filing, data entry, document handling)
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for facility-related requests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
