Workshop Technician

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Motorcycle Accessories Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and knowledge of accessories installation, repairs, and customization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer service skills, and attention to detail to ensure that each customer's motorcycle is enhanced and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of Accessories
• Install a wide range of motorcycle accessories including saddlebags, windscreens, lighting, handlebar grips, exhaust systems, etc.
• Customize and modify accessories based on customer preferences and specific bike models.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure that all installations are securely and correctly attached.
• Maintenance and Repairs
• Diagnose and repair issues related to accessories, such as malfunctioning lights, loose attachments, and other minor repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of accessories to ensure proper function and longevity.
• Customer Service
• Assist customers in selecting the right accessories for their motorcycles based on needs and preferences.
• Provide clear, professional guidance on product features, installation times, and pricing.
• Educate customers on the maintenance and usage of installed accessories.
• Inventory and Stock Management
• Keep track of accessory inventory, ensuring popular items are adequately stocked.
• Assist in ordering and receiving new products and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and display spaces.
• Technical Expertise and Knowledge Updating
• Stay up-to-date on the latest motorcycle accessories, brands, and installation techniques.
• Attend workshops, training, and product demonstrations as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
