Position Overview:

Career Point University, Kota, is seeking qualified and committed academicians for the position of Assistant Professor in the School of Legal Studies & Governance. The role involves teaching, research, student mentoring, and participation in academic and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach UG and PG courses in Law.
• Develop, review, and update curriculum as required.
• Guide students in research, internships, moot courts, and academic projects.
• Conduct research and publish in reputed journals.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an effective learning environment.
• Participate in examination duties, committees, and departmental activities.
• Support academic events, seminars, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• LL.M. (Mandatory).
• NET or PhD preferred as per UGC norms.
• Strong academic background with interest in teaching and research.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use innovative and student-centric teaching methods.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of legal research tools and case analysis.
• Experience in moot courts, debates, and student engagement.
• Familiarity with NEP-based academic structure and OBE practices.
• Ability to contribute to departmental growth and student development.
