Job Title: Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 Rider Grievance Management: Address and resolve rider grievances promptly to maintain a positive work environment and operational efficiency. Handle queries related to pay outs, long-route orders, deductions, and incentives with clarity and fairness.

 Rider Training & On-boarding: Conduct structured training sessions for new riders to ensure adherence to processes, policies, and operational standards. Provide dedicated support during the first 7 days for smooth integration and stability.

 Daily Rider Monitoring: Track and monitor rider deployment and attendance via the Evify Rider App to ensure availability, financial accuracy, and operational compliance. Provide necessary support to the fleet team and assisting ground HR, Recovery & Central teams with rent recovery, cases of accidents, challans or any other damages in vehicles.

 Route Verification: Perform regular route checks to monitor rider movement, efficiency, and schedule adherence, while also identifying and preventing vehicle misuse by riders.

 Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on rider-related matters, ensuring effective communication and service satisfaction.

 Hub Operations Support: Contribute to day-to-day hub operations, ensuring seamless workflows and effective coordination across teams.

 Rider Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to enhance rider motivation, engagement, and retention, fostering long-term association.

 Breakdown Escalation: Report and transfer vehicle breakdown cases to the Fleet Executive team for timely resolution, ensuring minimal disruption and optimized rider experience.
