Job Description:

Anandi Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled OT (Operation Theatre) Assistant to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure all OT equipment and instruments are prepared and functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and materials before procedures.
  • Assist doctors and nurses during surgeries by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
  • Ensure all OT instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and properly stored after each procedure.
  • Check and maintain OT inventory and equipment regularly.
  • Transport patients to and from the operation theatre safely.
  • Assist in maintaining OT records and documentation.
  • Follow hospital infection control and safety protocols strictly.
  • Support in emergency procedures when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
