  • Operate and monitor SCADA system for water treatment, pumping stations, chemical dosing, and distribution network.
  • Ensure real-time monitoring of pumps, motors, valves, DG sets, LT panels, and instrumentation through SCADA.
  • Identify alarms, abnormal readings, or equipment failures and coordinate immediate corrective actions with the maintenance team.
  • Maintain daily logs, DPRs, and reports generated through SCADA for plant performance, flow rates, pressures, and chemical dosages.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities by providing SCADA trend data and reports to engineers.
  • Perform routine system health checks on SCADA servers, PLCs, HMIs, and communication links.
  • Ensure proper coordination with site engineers, pump operators, and control room staff for smooth plant operation.
  • Report critical issues to the Project Manager / Senior Engineer and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory standards.
