Job Location
– Bangalore (Hybrid)

Reporting to
– Senior Manager and above

Key Responsibilities -

·      Creating and managing tailor-made portfolios for clients that meet their financial needs and requirements

·      Providing timely and sound financial advice to maximize client benefits

·      Ensuring active client engagement and participation in financial planning through after-sales service and client outreach

·      Generating revenues by aligning appropriate financial instruments to meet client's financial goals. Job involves working with reasonable targets

·      Acquiring new clients through referrals and innovative marketing initiatives

·      Representing the organization in public and corporate-sponsored events

·      Conducting workshops in organizations as part of go-to market strategy

·      Will be required to eventually build and manage a team

Qualifications -

·      Postgraduate in any discipline

·      Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management

·      Candidates with NISM XA and XB certificates/ Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are added advantage

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills

·       Capability to explain complex information in a simple manner

·       Ability to network and establish relationships with clients

·       Research and analytical skills

·       Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity

·       Strong entrepreneurial drive

·       Willingness to try new ideas and take calculated risks

·       Ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships
