Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Trainee position located in Solapur. As an Engineering Trainee, you will assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced wastewater treatment systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting system testing, troubleshooting, analyzing operational performance, and preparing documentation. Collaboration with the engineering team to implement innovative solutions and enhance system efficiency will also be a key focus of this role.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, with the ability to understand and work with wastewater treatment systems
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments and communicate technical information clearly
  • Experience with CAD software, data analysis tools, or similar technologies is a plus
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience or internships in wastewater treatment or environmental engineering are beneficial
