CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

1. Attending Breakdown Activities and Troubleshooting Breakdown of PLC, Drives, Program or Software issues and electrical in nature
2. Conduct Daily Toolbox Talks, discuss day to day activities, schedule, planning, and manpower deployment
3. Preparation of RCAs, CAPAs, MRM presentations, SOPs, Audit Documents, Reports and Data Analysis of Power consumption etc
4. Planning and Execution of Improvement projects, efficiency Projects, Cost Reduction Projects and New equipment installations and integrations.
5. Review of all Checklists, preparation of PM Schedules, and execution of Predictive and preventive maintenance activities
6. Review and Execution of 5S activities, Kaizen Ideas, OPL for operations and Safety of team during work
7. Review and preparation of Shift schedules, Manpower Engagement, Shutdown activity list, guiding and training of junior team on specific tasks
8. Review and maintain Critical spares, spares usages and localization of spares
9. Review Documents and prepare to face ISO, HIGGs, SEDEX and other customer Audits as required
10. Documenting and Updating Drawings, history cards for machines as per the changes made

1. MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown hours for all production Machines
2. Project Completion and improvements
3. Cost saving and Improvements
4. No Major Safety accidents
