W Health has set up India's first healthcare focused Venture Studio called  2070Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care,Reveal Healthtech , BabyMD and Everhope Oncology.

About the Role

We are looking for a Analyst for our portfolio company. This is on-site role combining strategic execution, research rigor, and operational leadership. You will work directly with the founders to design go-to-market strategies, drive growth outcomes, validate new venture ideas, and build repeatable playbooks for scaling healthcare businesses. This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift between big-picture thinking and hands-on implementation, while also staying at the forefront of health-tech trends.

Responsiblities

  1. Strategy & Launch

  2. Lead 60-day launch plans for new units/programs

  3. Build financial and operating models for viability & scalability

  4. Create decks and business materials for leadership/partners

  5. Growth & Scale

  6. Drive patient acquisition, referrals, and doctor engagement

  7. Track and optimize key hospital metrics (PAC, LTV, utilization)

  8. Set up commercial functions (salesforce, referral systems, training)

  9. Research & Opportunity

  10. Analyze market trends, competitors, and health-tech models

  11. Conduct assessments and validations with patients, doctors, administrators

  12. Document insights into institutional playbooks

  13. Founders' Office

  14. Act as strategic partner to founders and leadership

  15. Solve operational bottlenecks with data-driven approach
  16. Develop SOPs and playbooks for scale-up
  17. Align cross-functional teams and support leadership hiring
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, or health-tech.
  • Blend of analytical depth (research, financial modeling, market assessment) and execution excellence (project management, GTM, sales/ops setup).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable with investors, doctors, patients, and operators alike.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and thrives in 0→1 environments
