Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to bring ideas to life with precision.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code with scalability in mind.
  • Contribute ideas on architecture, performance, and UX improvements.
  • Work closely with the Batchmates core team to create features that enhance user engagement and experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Flutter and Dart fundamentals.
  • Exposure to different technologies or frameworks beyond Flutter is a plus.
  • Understanding of clean architecture, state management, and API integration.
  • Awareness of design principles and user psychology — you build for users, not just screens.
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and improve continuously.
  • Open to feedback and iteration — you value growth over ego.
