You will be joining Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood company established in 2015 by our founders Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, who are not only food enthusiasts but also close friends. As India's leading direct-to-consumer food-tech brand, we operate in 20 cities nationwide, serving over 32 lakh customers with our delicious and fresh meat and seafood offerings. Your role at Licious will involve: - Creating designs for daily social media content, including thumbnails, static content such as posts and stories, all aligned with our brand guidelines and creative strategy. - Developing design and illustration elements for video content distributed on social media platforms. - Expanding your design skills into illustrations and staying updated on new media design trends, especially those relevant to the food industry. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Ability to craft compelling motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, lower thirds, and smooth transitions that resonate with and reinforce our brand's visual identity. - Keen eye for storytelling through motion, bringing concepts to life with deliberate design, impactful audio, and engaging effects. - Collaboration with video editors and the social content team to create motion elements that enhance each piece of content will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate with at least 12 years of experience in a similar creative role, with proficiency in Figma being essential. A sharp visual sense, the capacity to interpret briefs while maintaining the brand's aesthetics, and the confidence to think innovatively and follow through with execution are all crucial qualities we seek. Strong communication skills, a track record of meeting deadlines consistently, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations by turning challenges into opportunities will set you up for success in this role.,
