About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer
with deep expertise in
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex Development
. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business processes and deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrate them with Salesforce data and workflows.
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages for complex business logic.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Stay current with Salesforce best practices, platform updates, and new features.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers) and Visualforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Copado).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies / Scrum practices.
  • Knowledge of Einstein Analytics or other Salesforce add-on tools is a plus.
