DCDP - Indian Cuisine

We are looking for a skilled DCDP to join our team in the hospitality industry, with 4-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely, meeting quality control standards.
• Develop and implement effective cooking techniques to enhance flavors and textures.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, herbs, and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment.
