We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead
AI Developer
with extensive expertise in the latest
Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and other cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies
. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and deploying advanced AI solutions in dynamic, data-intensive environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced AI Development:
  • Architect, develop, and implement AI models and systems, with a strong focus on
    generative and agentic AI
    . Leverage state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks to build scalable and high-performance AI applications.
  • Research & Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI, particularly in GenAI and Agentic AI. Experiment with novel approaches and techniques to drive innovation and enhance product capabilities.
  • Collaboration & Integration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers—to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Ensure seamless data flow and optimal performance across various platforms.
  • Code Quality & Mentorship:
  • Write robust, clean, and maintainable code. Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Performance Optimization & Scalability:
  • Optimize AI models for efficiency and scalability. Address performance bottlenecks and continuously monitor system performance to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Experience:

  • Extensive industry experience in
    AI development
    , with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in
    Generative AI
    and
    Agentic AI applications
    .
  • Technical Skills:
  • AI Frameworks & Libraries:
    Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g.,
    TensorFlow, PyTorch
    ) and familiarity with emerging Generative AI platforms.
  • Programming Languages:
    Proficiency in
    Python
    ; exposure to
    Rust
    or
    C++
    is a plus.
  • Data Management:
    Expertise in handling
    large-scale, data-intensive environments
    and designing efficient data pipelines.
  • Full Stack Development:
    Strong experience in
    frontend and backend development
    .
  • API Development:
    Proven experience in
    developing REST APIs
    for scalable applications.
  • AI Agent Development:
    Practical experience with
    LangChain, LangFlow
    , and similar frameworks.
  • Model Training & Finetuning:
    Hands-on experience in
    training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML models
    .
  • Cloud Expertise:
    Familiarity with
    AWS or GCP cloud environments
    for deploying AI workloads.
  • Protocols:
    Worked with advanced protocols like
    MCP (Model Context Protocol)
    and
    A2A (Agent-to-Agent)
    communication.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies
    and best practices in software development.
  • Advanced degrees (Master's/Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience with
    cloud-based AI solutions and infrastructure
    (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proven track record of contributing to
    AI research publications or patents
    in Generative AI or Agentic AI.
  • Knowledge of
    ethical AI practices
