About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Chennai office. The candidate will support daily logistics operations, pricing, and procurement while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipment handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations for shipments.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport partners to ensure timely execution of jobs.
Assist with pricing and procurement activities to support cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular status updates on ongoing jobs to internal teams and management.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in coordination with relevant teams.
Maintain accurate records and reports in the company's systems (ERP/CRM).
Requirements
Graduate degree (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
+2 years of experience in logistics operations (experience in Dubai logistics industry is a plus but not mandatory).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of documentation, pricing, and procurement in logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ability to work with ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
