  • Site Management: Oversees daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforces safety protocols and regulations, conducts inspections, and maintains a safe work environment to protect workers and the public.
  • Quality Control: Performs inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards and resolves any issues to maintain quality.
  • Workforce & Resource Management: Manages on-site personnel, including laborers and subcontractors, and coordinates the allocation of materials and equipment to avoid delays.
  • Coordination & Communication: Acts as a central point of contact, liaising with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifies and resolves any on-site issues, conflicts, or unexpected challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Documentation: Maintains accurate records of site activities, progress, costs, and quality control measures, often preparing and submitting reports.
  • Interpreting Plans: Reads and interprets blueprints and technical drawings to ensure the construction work aligns with the approved designs and specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
