We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Indian Commi - II/III to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commi - II/III in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
