C02 - Accounting Services Associate II

  • 1 to 3 years of RTP/S2P (Request to Pay/Source to Pay) experience.
  • Good at basic accounting
  • Good communication skills (Oral and written)
  • Understand all aspects of assigned work in order to effectively provide customer service.
  • Should be capable of handling complex inquiries.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts.
  • Quick learning skills
  • Experienced in ERP systems (SAP & Ariba is preferred)

C03 - Accounting Services Associate III

  • 3 to 5 years of RTP/S2P (Request to Pay/Source to Pay) experience.
  • Should have end to end knowledge on Procurement & Accounts payable.
  • Good at basic accounting
  • Good communication skills (Oral and written)
  • Handles all vendor correspondence via email and chat.
  • Understand all aspects of assigned work in order to effectively provide customer service.
  • Should be capable of handling complex inquiries.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts.
  • Quick learning skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and ERP (SAP & Ariba is preferred)

C04 - Accounting Services Associate VI

  • 4 to 6 years of RTP/S2P (Request to Pay/Source to Pay) experience.
  • Should have end to end knowledge on Procurement & Accounts payable.
  • Good at basic accounting
  • Good communication skills (Oral and written)
  • Handles all vendor correspondence via email, chat & phone call.
  • Understand all aspects of assigned work in order to effectively provide customer service.
  • Should be capable of handling complex inquiries.
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills & ability to coordinate efforts and drive solutions
  • Flexible to work in night shifts.
  • Quick learning skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and ERP (SAP & Ariba is preferred)
  • Ariba PR Creation, PO amendment, PO processing
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to PR/PO workflows, system errors, or integration problems within Ariba
