Role Description

The
Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel + React/Vue)
will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. This full-time role involves creating responsive web pages, implementing server-side logic, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is an on-site role located in Jaipur.

Key responsibilities:

  • Convert product requirements into technical specs, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Build RESTful APIs in Laravel (controllers, form requests, resources, policies) with validation, logging, and error handling.
  • Design relational schemas (MySQL/Postgres), write efficient Eloquent/Query Builder queries, and manage migrations/seeders.
  • Develop responsive UI in React/Vue consuming the Laravel APIs; implement routing, forms, and client‑side validation.
  • Implement authentication/authorization (Sanctum/Passport/JWT), CORS, rate limiting, and secure data handling.
  • Write tests (Pest/PHPUnit for backend; basic UI/integration where needed), maintain documentation and code quality.
  • Configure env variables, CI checks, and deploy to a cloud host; monitor performance and fix defects.
  • Must‑have skills
  • PHP 8+ and Laravel with hands‑on production experience (Eloquent, Migrations/Seeders, Artisan, Service Container).
  • Strong MySQL skills: schema design, joins, indexing, query optimization, and troubleshooting slow queries.
  • REST API design and integration; error handling, pagination, and versioning practices.
  • Front‑end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive layouts, and API‑driven UI integration.
  • Git workflows: branching, pull requests, and code reviews in team environments.

Good to have

  • Experience with Vue/React for component‑based UIs and state management in Laravel apps.
  • Familiarity with Redis caching/queues, cron jobs, and CI/CD or basic cloud deployments.
  • Third‑party integrations (payments, email, SMS) and JWT/OAuth for API security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in full‑stack web development with Laravel/MySQL.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset, clean code discipline, and ability to work on‑site in Jaipur
