Overview: The Web Developer plays a crucial role in our organization by designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function according to a client's specifications. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of online campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and web applications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing advanced web applications using a variety of technologies, frameworks, and programming languages
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
  • Creating and maintaining software documentation
  • Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
  • Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Testing websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices
  • Troubleshooting and debugging web applications
  • Managing and maintaining web applications
  • Implementing security and data protection
  • Conducting website performance and optimization assessments
  • Conducting user testing and feedback gathering
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Understanding and implementing web security practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
  • Proven working experience in web programming and development
  • Strong knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with server-side CSS preprocessors
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design
  • Expertise in web development tools and frameworks
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
  • Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • At least one year of experience with database systems such as SQL or NoSQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
