Key Responsibilities:

 Promote Tech Guru IT Solutions' website and update customers about our

store.

 Clearly explain our product range to customers and highlight that we deal only in

IT products (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, licensed software,

etc.).

 Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales.

 Answer customer queries in a professional manner and share product

knowledge.

 Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

 Provide daily reporting and sales updates to the management team.

Required Skills:

 Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

 Confident and persuasive personality.

 Basic understanding of IT products (training will be provided).

 Ability to handle customer interactions and achieve sales targets.
