Role Overview

The Junior Creative Lead will manage the visual and communication framework of Pdstrian Labs. The role includes developing brand guidelines, planning social media strategies, directing campaigns, and producing design work. Graphic design is a core part of this role, and prior experience with fashion brands is required. The candidate must have a portfolio that shows measurable impact on brand identity and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the brand's visual identity system: typography, colours, grid structure, and design principles.
  • Create a consistent communication framework for captions, campaigns, and overall brand tone.
  • Update and refine brand guidelines as the brand grows.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars with clear themes and direction.
  • Ensure consistency across posts, reels, and stories on all platforms.
  • Develop campaign concepts for product launches, collaborations, and seasonal drops.
  • Review all content before publishing to ensure alignment with the brand's look.
  • Design daily and campaign visuals, including product graphics, lookbook layouts, packaging visuals, digital assets for website, ads, newsletters, and banners, motion graphics, and short video edits.
  • Deliver content independently when timelines are tight.
  • Maintain a structured design system for reusing templates and assets.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and stylists to plan campaign shoots.
  • Develop moodboards and shot lists for each campaign or product drop.
  • Provide art direction on set for photo and video shoots.
  • Ensure the final outputs are consistent with the Pdstrian Labs brand language.
  • Work with the e-commerce team to produce performance ad creatives that are effective and brand-aligned.
  • Support the production team with lookbooks, product decks, and catalogue layouts.
  • Coordinate with external partners or collaborators to maintain design consistency.
  • Track global fashion, design, and culture references.
  • Regularly present new ideas, design references, and cultural cues to improve campaigns.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in creative or design roles. (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply)
  • Must have graphic design experience with visible outputs.
  • Prior work with fashion brands is a bonus.
  • A portfolio that shows impactful contributions to brand identity or campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong sense of typography, composition, and visual consistency.
  • Interest in fashion, design, and cultural storytelling.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team.
