Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Pharmacy or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to analyze user requests, define requirements, develop project plans and report conclusions.
- Ability to work creatively and flexibly, both independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data.
- Attention to fine details and work processes.
- Desire and ability to learn new skills.
- Good organizational, and written and oral communications skills.
- Working knowledge of Databricks, Python, SQL, and relational database systems.
- Working knowledge of standard clinical terminologies and coding systems.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office products.
