Looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have experience in KYC/AML and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and process customer requests related to KYC/AML.
  • Verify customer information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC/AML or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
