Key Responsibilities
1. Service Level & Performance Management
Define SLAs/KPIs with healthcare teams, track metrics, manage escalations, and lead incident/problem resolution.
2. Healthcare Domain Expertise
Manage provider/payer system implementations (e.g. claims adjudication, revenue cycle, EHR), ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA or local standards
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Build trust with clinical and administrative staff, understand user needs (e.g., doctors, billing teams), lead meetings, workshops, and Quarterly Business Reviews
4. Process & Change Management
Implement ITIL-based frameworks across incident, change, and continuous improvement cycles; coordinate UiPath or other automation projects
5. Team Leadership
Supervise IT support staff, conduct reviews/mentoring, define training needs, and manage team hiring and onboarding .
6. Budget & Vendor Oversight
Monitor delivery budgets, oversee vendor relationships/contracts, and optimize resource costs
7. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure IT processes support digital health apps, biomedical standards, and reporting (e.g., e-Sushrut, EHR audits) for quality and regulatory compliance
