
Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales of high-end automation, lighting controls, and audio-video solutions to premium commercial clients. This role involves engaging with architects, consultants, and high-profile end-users in the hospitality, corporate, and luxury sectors. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of niche or luxury products such as smart switches, AV systems, high-end furniture, Building Management Systems (BMS), or similar premium solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for premium automation, lighting, and AV solutions in the commercial segment.
- Identify and target high-value clients in hospitality, corporate offices, and luxury projects.
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales of luxury or niche products.
- Strong network within hospitality, corporate, and luxury commercial markets.
- Proven track record in handling high-value sales and project-based business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements (travel is required).
- Age under 40 years.
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC in the pay band of 75,000/- to 125,000/-, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Performance bonus as an extra incentive apart from salary.
- No relocation charges provided.
Work Details:
- Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Joining Timeline: As per candidate's notice period.
