About the Position

As a Dynamics 365 Developer at Solifi, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining full stack solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Your work will include model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Dynamics portals, and integrations using C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. You will contribute to the end-to-end software lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and support, in a cloud-first SaaS environment.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 model-driven apps, portals, and Canvas apps.

Build full stack web applications using C#/.NET backend and JavaScript/HTML/CSS front-end.

Implement Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and integrate with third-party services.

Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and release management.

Collaborate with analysts, QA, client services, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure solutions meet performance and security standards.

Contribute to solution architecture and design discussions.

Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing.

Stay updated on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and cloud technologies.

About You

You have practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (model-driven apps, Canvas apps, and portals). You are comfortable designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end solutions, including backend services, frontend interfaces, and integrations with third-party systems. You thrive in cross-functional, collaborative environments, working with analysts, QA, product, client services, and DevOps teams. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, able to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver high-quality results. You are proactive in learning new technologies, staying current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and cloud innovations. You enjoy mentoring and knowledge sharing, contributing to team growth and continuous improvement. Prior experience in Asset Finance or Leasing software is a strong plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and C#/.NET development. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and web application development. Experience with Power BI, Dynamics SDK/API development, and cloud-hosted solutions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Analytical, innovative, and able to quickly learn new technologies.
