Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect facilities daily to identify issues and complete necessary maintenance work on time.
  • Attend immediately to breakdown calls and alerts.
  • Ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks as they arise.
  • Review the handover book for details on breakdowns, complaints, repairs, pending work, or general updates.
  • Inspect all indoor and outdoor areas of the hospital daily.
  • Check water tank levels regularly and ensure timely refilling.
  • Maintain and update all records, registers, and files as per ISO, NABH, and Safety standards.
  • Monitor the STP plant, including motors, pumps, and tank levels.
  • Monitor the gas plant, check operational status, and replace cylinders as required.
  • Attend to all plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance complaints.
  • Regularly check the functioning of Operation Theatre A/C units, and equipment in the Sterilization Department (ETO, CSSD, and Autoclave), along with other critical hospital equipment.
