Mocktail Mixer

We are seeking a talented and creative Mocktail Mixer who can craft innovative, refreshing, and visually appealing non-alcoholic beverages that complement Bestas refined culinary style. If you have a flair for mixology, an eye for detail, and a love for hospitality, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of mocktails, fresh juices, and specialty beverages.
• Conceptualize and develop signature non-alcoholic drinks aligned with Besta's brand and cuisine.
• Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage preparation area.
• Manage and track inventory of mixers, syrups, fruits, garnishes, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to offer ideal drink pairings with menu items.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Mocktail Mixer or non-alcoholic beverage bartender in a restaurant, caf, or hotel.
• Solid knowledge of mocktail recipes, glassware, presentation techniques, and garnishing styles.
• A creative and experimental approach to beverage development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
• Understanding of hygiene practices and familiarity with FSSAI food safety guidelines (preferred).
