Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, configure, and build Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits applications.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with stakeholders.

Actively participate in team discussions, provide innovative solutions, and resolve issues.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.

Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have: Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.

Good To Have: Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

Solid understanding of application design, development, and configuration.

Hands-on experience with project management methodologies.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Information
