About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, frameworks, and CI/CD

pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work closely with developers, QA, and product

teams to design automation strategies that enhance efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

●​ Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.​

●​ Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test cases for automation.​

●​ Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects.​

●​ Ensure automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.​

●​ Perform root cause analysis of test failures and provide quick resolutions.​

●​ Optimize automation scripts for better performance and scalability.​

●​ Maintain detailed documentation of test processes, results, and best practices.​

●​ Work on API, UI, and performance test automation as required.​

Required Skills & Qualifications

●​ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.​

●​ 3 – 5 years of proven experience as an Automation Engineer or QA Automation Tester.​

●​ Strong programming/scripting skills in Java/Python, or JavaScript.​

●​ Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright,

TestNG, JUnit, or similar.​●​ Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).​

●​ Good understanding of REST APIs and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).​

●​ Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).​

●​ Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust) is a plus.​

●​ Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.​

●​ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.​

Good to Have

●​ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).​

●​ Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.​

●​ Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.​
