We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and supporting the accounts department in ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining day-to-day accounting entries.
  • Support in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
  • Support in preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Assist during audits and compliance checks.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in accounting are encouraged to apply.
