Job Description:

Sri Jayendra Matriculation Hr Sec School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher (PRT) to join our teaching faculty. The ideal candidate should have a B.Ed. in English with excellent command over spoken and written English. The candidate will be responsible for teaching English at the primary level, fostering strong communication skills among students, and creating an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons to primary school students.
  • Develop innovative teaching methodologies to enhance language learning and communication skills.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and provide a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed. in English (mandatory).
  • Proven proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
  • Ability to use modern teaching aids and technology in classroom delivery.
