Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our core product team building ZenV's AI-driven platform that enables learning and project execution in an agile model. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems across the stack — from creating responsive UIs to designing efficient backend systems — using modern tools and clean engineering practices. You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to product architecture, and ensure smooth integration between ReactJS, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL backends, while leveraging automation and cloud-native workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Java / Spring Boot, and Ruby on Rails.

• Build responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript.

• Develop secure and modular backend services with Spring Boot and RoR APIs.

• Create and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and data models.

• Use Python scripts for automation, data processing, and backend utilities.

• Ensure product quality through Playwright, JUnit / TestNG, and Postman testing frameworks.

DevOps & Collaboration

• Participate in Agile / Scrum sprints and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

• Work with GitHub / GitLab workflows for branching, merging, and CI/CD management.

• Assist with containerization and deployment using Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins).

• Collaborate with DevOps for deploying and monitoring applications on AWS / GCP / Azure.

Engineering Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.

• Contribute to continuous integration and process automation initiatives.

• Engage with designers and product managers to align technical implementation with user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

• Proven expertise in:

• Frontend: ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful integration, responsive UI/UX.

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot (microservices, REST APIs, authentication, JPA/Hibernate).

• Alternate Backend: Ruby on Rails (API development, MVC structure).

• Database: PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, indexing, optimization).

• Scripting: Python (automation, backend scripts, utilities).

• Testing: Playwright (UI automation), JUnit / TestNG, Postman.

• Strong understanding of microservices and REST API architectures.

• Proficiency with Git version control and GitHub / GitLab workflows.

• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and basic Kubernetes exposure.

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience integrating ReactJS frontends with Spring Boot or RoR backends.

• Exposure to SaaS platforms or education-technology applications.

• Interest in AI/ML integrations or workflow automation.

• Experience working in fast-paced startup or product development environments.
